The traditional way is to write you letters. Nowadays if someone has the hots for you, they will just let you know.

It depends for there are many factors to consider. What about you? Can you give us those things?

I accept any who wish to share my world. If they are genuine in their interest, I might allow myself to get closer. How to tell, Not sure how to describe this. They don't lie, they don't do things to cause me any discomfort, they are willing to lend a hand, usually without my asking. Or if I do ask they offer what they can without trying to insist I follow their suggestion to the letter.
