Saut de Lezarde.

My cousin has persuaded me again to tag along with a group of tourists on one of his tours. Thankfully it's not up to Lac Flammarion this time, but to the waterfall 'Saut de Lezarde'. It's off the beaten track but it takes only a 20 minute hike to get there and the waterfall itself is beautiful, a great place to swim and lie about. The big problem is that the track is extremely muddy and so many tourists, in spite of instructions, turn up in very unsuitable footwear and then complain when they find the going too tough. The result of that is a load of negative comments on TripAdvisor by ill-prepared hikers. So I'm prepared for a lot of grief on Tuesday, even though everyone who has signed up has been given verbal and written instructions about what to expect.

People never seem to read instructions. It must be very annoying.
