Are we addicted to Gadgets? / myLot

As a business owner looking at my laptop is one of my priority to make sure that I can monitor any changes in my company and when I wasn't looking at my laptop, I'm using my phone since I need to talk to my business partners.

Yes we are very much addicted to Gadgets. Without this we become lazy, feel inactive etc. Life becomes boring. Due to gadgets we are not mentally attached with people. Bonding becomes weak.

Addicted to gadgets with no valid purpose is bad. Like yours it is connection with your business do you consider it as an addiction?

Probably, because I can't stop myself checking my laptop from time to time. Making yourself to look into it from time to time, it isn't about addicted to it?
