Last year my sprinkler system worked just great and so did everyone elses. This year a lot of the sprinkler systems is not working. I had one of the guys work on a sprinkler head today and now I have big time issues tonight. The one that is closest to my door that was worked on today is now causing havic out here. It is hitting my living room windows. the sides of the apartment outside and a bench that I have sitting out there. Not to mention some of my vegetables are getting drowned. Ugh!

Opps looks like the maintenance guy did not really found the problem to your sprinkler system my be a clog somewhere inside that makes it spray in the wrong direction.

@sophie09 I am not complaining about the guy that was here today. He did not have a work order to do to do it but done it out of the kindness of his heart

That is the way it is here. When I have to call for repairs I know what the heck I am talking about. I have been a maintenance person plus learned a lot over the years. Now my nice bench with padded seats is soaked. They will be hearing from me tomorrow.

I wish tthey would but they are pretty slow here. I could have it done quicker than they can. I just don't like getting soaked at 10:30 at night.

I hate to say this but I know more about whqat needs to be done than the guys that work here. I guess the guy that is suppose to be taking care of these issues is moving. Hopefully they will get a reliable person to take his place. I'm up for that position.

It sounds like the whole system has not been properly maintained, and then the repair people just do not care.

Unfortuneately they don't care. I think I raised enough of a stink today to change a lot of things. I had 2 guys out here first thing this morning working on it. I will know shortly if they fixed it or not.

@velvet53 I know why they need so much maintenance, the malfunction is caused by the limestone deposits left by the water.

Judy, I am hoping that the two guys that were here this morning got it fixed properly. One of the guys admitted to not knowing how to set the sprinkler head. I complemented him on that. The other guy did show the first man how to set a sprinkler head.

I tried to turn the one sprinkler head but it was coming out of everywhere so my efforts was useless. I will just have to report it tomorow. My bench is soaked and tht makes me unhappy. At least the sprinkler system is working to the south of me and that is a blessing.

I tried but I got soaked big time and I can't have that. They came out this morning and dug the sprinkler up so it was raised as it should be. Then they put a new filter and cap on it. I will know here real soon if it works right or not.

@ihasaquestion They their way of doing things here and they don't want people to go against their rules. They are the ones that is suppose to keep this place up not the tenants. They did finally get it fixed after I raised a bunch of cain yesterday.
