do you take vitamins everyday?

before, i always had migraine. i felt languid. but when i start taking vitamins rich in iron, i feel better and i seldom experience migraine. i have been doing this for many years now. and i take it everyday. what about you?

It's good that these vitamins help. I don't take vitamins. Sometimes in the winter I take vitamin C.

winter may cause illnesses and drying of skin. so this is a problem.

I sometimes take a multivitamin, but not always. I like to drink Kombucha, which is healthy. I feel that it makes a big difference for me.

@Janet357 Sort of. it's fermented with cultures called scoby. So it's more than just a tea.

I do take different vitamins. I notice a difference when I don't take them.

@Janet357 That is a good way to put it. I also take a pill 3x a week that helps with my COPD. It is amazing. I don't have to use my oxygen as much.

That's interesting, that it helps your migraine. I go through times of taking vitamins and times of not. Right now I'm not but I think I should take some calcium every day.

I take vitamins everyday like vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium lactate, vitamin B6, B12 and ferrous sulfate for iron.

Yes, I take supplements. It's hard to keep a balanced diet due to my erratic schedule and sometimes lack of time to prepare meal at home, so vitamins can fill in those required nutrients our body needs.

thank you. you are so right because i tried a lot of vitamins and supplements, i just ended up being acidic or.nauseated and i lost my appetite.
