How to Endure a Stressful Job

A friend of mine wants to quit our job because she's already fed up with all our endless work. Our colleagues are fine. Our boss now is better. She listened to our sentiments and tried to be lenient. Our salary is okay. It is enough to pay our daily expenses. BUT, we are stress out with numerous activities and loads of paper works that need to be done ASAP. We are in a hurry every day for a couple of months now. I want to console my friend because it is so difficult to land a job with decent take-home pay. But, what will I tell her? I really need your opinion.

If she has a family to support, is she willing to let them starve? If she is so serious of quitting her job and she has another job waiting, which is better than the present one, why not?

In my opinion, I think it is better to have a job as compared to others in our country. We can be on the practical side or not. Personally, I am on the practical side. If things are not acceptable in my workplace, I would definitely be going to resign. The key concern is if we are happy nor not..

It is her choice. You can counsel her and give her the reasons why she should stay; but the final decision is hers.
