Another small project for The Horse today. What do you think I should do next?

About a year ago I supported an artist friend by buying three of her photographs. They are taken from around here, in Northern Caifornia. I ultimately decided that they would do well in my Montana cabin, so I framed them today, and have them ready to go. My question is : Should I hang one here in CA, remove a Montana shot I have here, and put it in the cabin? It would be of our neighboring ghost town in 1990 or so. One of the pictures in the photo is not by my friend. Do you recognize it? It's pretty big, and I have to decide were it should go as well.

I don't know it but the top painting reminded me of this van gogh but also of a monet that I can't find

@TheHorse sh!t I'm an art expert Genuinely didn't have a clue just remembered this painting looking similar but not...what picture is yours?? I'm not necessarily a lover of old paintings except my favourite painting ever which is the pearl earing...and then they made a film Maybe it'd take a psychologist to read the expression...

I like the idea of the Montana photos in CA and the CA photos going to Montana. That way you can enjoy the best of both worlds wherever you are.

I would keep the Montana shot you have, so you can have a view of Montana when you are in California. Those are beautiful photos.

@TheHorse Why not? We have a good printing service online, we can order a photo printed on a real canvas, it looks more like a real painting.

I think that's where they're going. The big one is a Van Gogh print. I'm not sure where that one will wind up.

Here's what one of my frames looked like before I put the curtains up. I think there may be a couple of small areas still waiting for paint. I'll have to look more closely. Yep, there are. That ugly green is long gone!

You could put up one in Verendah somewhere? Or just keep one on some table or a wooden stool. Well frankly, even I might be clueless in such a case.

I think the Van Gogh painting still stay in CA with the Montana pictures and the CA pictures in Montana. Pretty painting and pictures.
