My lunch and dinner today..

I had bought yesterday a chicken so that I could take some cooked chicken to San Fernando. I didn´t want to bother anyone with my lunch.
But since my cousin forbid me to go there in such a rude way, I took out the breast and we had delicious stuffed peppers with part of it.
I still have some cooked breast and I also have homemade mayo as I made coleslaw. So my dinner will be some cooked chicken with coleslaw on the side.
Finally, I´ll have a late night snack of a Greek yogurt.
The chicken will go a long way as it will be Just for Leticia and for me. And whatever I don´t eat tonight with be saved for Thursday. Tomorrow I will go with Claudia for her MRI exam and then we will eat out.

@marguicha Haha yeah but unfortunately my girlfriend is the one who cooked that time because I'm working, so I can't do anything just to eat it hehe

Of all kinds of meat, chicken is by far the one I eat most. Healthy and not so expensive..

She is having this to check after a neck surgery she had 2 months ago. But so far the recovery has been good.
