My new experiment+hobby = planting

There's something unique in this hobby...once the seed brings its roots and stem and finally leaf....that sight is quite beyond words....
The joy the happiness it brings to know you have been successful in creating a new life....watching it grow taller everyday and by day 28 be a stable plant which might catch some leaves...
My experiment was on coriander seeds and spinach. There are a few visible plants and I know a lot many seeds are still inside the soil....waiting desperately for a sight of them.
Nothing is as fresh as self harvested crop

It worries me cause I did put seeds a little bit too high that their roots aren't inside the soil and instead are popping out....I tried cover with sand and more soil....lets see next week

@Loverabbit Are you not burying the seeds beneath the soil?

my mom used to plant vegetables, but she stopped because she didn't have enough time to take care of them. it was good to just go to the garden and take what you need and not going to the market to buy it

Its really is awesome feeling to have something grow by yourself....sorry to know you no longer have this garden...you could do a small pot maybe and then sell when it gets bigger...awesome hobby with sure profits

I used to grow things in pots. I haven't done for a few years but the pots are still there so that when I retire I can start again. My problem now is that I don't come home until after dark.
