This evening I went to the rental and cleaned up the last room that the ex tenants left with trash laying around, 3 big black trash bags full, swept and mopped.
While there the neighbor told me about last night.
One of the girls that the police set out, I am sure its the one that came back for dope, came in the middle of the night. Somehow she woke everyone around there by screaming at her house I`m out here. Th neighbor calls the police and goes outside and told her that the guy don`t live there anymore to go home.
The stray dogs are going nuts and the crazy girl scream at her to get her dogs, well they ain`t her dogs either, One is a black bull dog mix, he has never barked at me and I just tell him to get, go home and he leaves me alone. This girl bend over and screamed shut up in the dogs face and the dog bit her!
The neighbor said then she screamed even louder, people were looking out to see what was happening. the girl took off walking down the road and that is when the cops picked her up, brought her back to the neighbors house, she identified her, the crazy girl was a arrested for harassment and disturbing the peace.
That was what the ex tenant got me for a tenant, as a favor.
Ass still did not come get that mattress and bed frame, I called her, not him and told her the new tenant is on their way, and they are, that I am leaving now so he can come get it, since ya know I intimidate him.
I put the trash to the curb, in the can and that guy.

I am thinking about selling, I know it would be "for sale by owner" and I would collect payments for years but still.... it is easier, although I will be out of a job in 10 years.

@andriaperry We thought of going that route a few years ago but my husband thought it would be a big hassle. After the way our house was left with one of the daughters and her boyfriend living there, that sealed the deal for us. No rentals. We will hopefully get this house fixed and on the market in 2020.

Good, I hope she tells all of them. As for me he walked up, wagged and laid down, I did not tell him to go home today.

I do not understand why tenant likes to left the trash... Whenever I rent any room while I am leaving, I prefer to through all the trash and leave... leaving trash makes me uncomfortable

I always try to leave a place better than it was before when I rent, and yes I still do from time to time.

@porwest No one has credit! I am selling as for sale by owner, taking payments, so its not really saving, still just living.

@andriaperry Hell, seems like you have several properties. You could sell them all and probably walk away with enough money to decide what you want to do next.

You don't get in a dog's face and yell. That is flat out dumb. Yelling on the street at midnight is also dumb.

What a nuisance. I rented out a house I had one time only and never again. They caused so many problems and I lost money never again.

All was fine for 1 and 1/2 years, then I think he quit work and cheated, She was a good tenant! clean and was always on time with rent except for July, that was when the problems began.

We need to make your life into a reality show. Way too much drama for me.

This one knew they moved, I had the blinds up and a light on, the house was totally empty.
