Wow, i can't believe how much has changed on here. I see that people still get paid in 1/2 pennies. I wish Associated Content was still alive and well. I made good money on that site and I use to do well on this one back in the day. I am one of the original Mylotters.

Welcome back. I see that the last time you were here was 10 years ago. That's quite a long break!
The interface was completely redesigned in 2013 so, of course, it will be new to you.
The main changes are that we no longer have 'Categories' and 'Interests'. Those have been replaced by the more flexible 'Tags'. Also what used to be called 'Friends' has now been split into 'Following' (those people you follow) and 'Followers' (people who follow you). Of course, if you were mutually connected, then a name will appear in both lists. The biggest change, in fact, is the way that earnings are calculated. You will find this outlined in the Earnings Program FAQs but, in essence, you don't earn anything just for posting: you only begin to earn anything when other people interact with what you post in some way - by responding to, commenting on, 'liking' &c..
The Terms remain very much the same and the Community Guidelines are, too, though they are much easier to read. The Frequently Asked Questions page has been completely rewritten to reflect the new arrangement. You'll find all of these essential documents under "Help" in the menu beneath your username.
If you are looking for people who were on your 'Friends' list, the best place to start is the "Follows" menu, where you should find any recent activity by people you used to be connected to.
