Back pain

It's been a long time since my back hurt as much as yesterday. I think it has to do with all the work that I had on Saturday. The pain was so severe that I couldn't even carry my purse. I went to do some grocery shopping with my husband and my son and after a while I gave my purse to my son because it was making my back pain even worst. I took paracetamol when I got home but I didn't sleep well. Today I took ibuprofen in the morning to relieve the pain and it seems that it worked but I am now feeling sleepy and tired. I think I need a short nap, maybe 20 minutes will be enough.

Ibuprofen usually works better to relief back pain, I just had a long hot bath because I am also in pain, I think it is the humidity.

Probably it has to do with the weather, it is getting cold here and the weather changed too quickly.

I think you need not to lift anything heavy or do anything for a few days. It will disappear anyway.
