What's the first thing you'd miss if you were sent back 50 years?

For myself it would have to be the internet. I feel that my mind is too hyper if I don't have something to focus on. Like now, I have over 50 tabs open on my chrome. It's a problem.
If I'm watching something and hear a new word, I have to look that up. "Oh that reminds me.." all of a sudden I'm 30 tabs deep and it's dark and cold and.. I wanna go home.
Maybe I should look deeper into ADHD, haha.
