Decadent Day

Hi everyone! Today has been a tad different from my usual morning.
I slept late luxuriating in our new comforter.
I walked later than usual.
Doodles felt well enough to catch a chipmunk.
I shopped by phone at my favorite store to ship three beautiful dresses to baby Natalie Kate. We already gave her a “welcome to our world” gift when she was born and one for her mommy, our daughter-in-law’s sister.
Hubby took me for a drive in our convertible. It’s a gorgeous day here - sunny and warm. We had a late breakfast together.
I’m planning on a relaxing day. What about you?

Preparing our Thanksgiving dinner here. It is a beautiful day. I went for a nice walk this morning. Loving this weather. The little dresses are beautiful. Little Natalie Kate is going to look adorable in them.

Hahaha I was up early to go babysit devil child turned angel! She did not cry. I came home and did some work nipped down to the local hospital to run some routine bloods and have been watching some youtube films this afternoon. My wife cooked some potato and aubergine fritters which were nice with chilli sauce. So a decadent day for us too!

I used to buy my granddaughter Burberry outfits and she only wore them once. I stopped spending that kind of money.

It was pretty busy due to the shop, and when I came back I had some work from my online job to do. I was happy..as there hasn't been much on there lately. I also had Burger King's Impossible Whopper again. I like it. I hope it stays on the menu. I like having a vegetarian entree available there...other than salads..although I don't go to BK often. Sounds like you had a good day!

@snowy22315 Oh, yikes! I didn't realize that. I suppose they clean the grill and move the burgers to one side.

Happy Monday! I'm sure baby Natalie will love her new presents. I love shopping for baby things and it's rare for me these days since my grandchildren are way past the baby years.
Nothing much planned today but it's nice enough to enjoy being outside
