do you have a favorite word?

okay, the question may be a bit absurd. It is like this. I know some people who simply have favorite words, like these words become part of their daily conversation. Example.... An old friend of mine says at least 50 'actually' when he speaks. You may ask me how come I know? Well, just one sentence of his has two 'actually' already. I think we call it fillers. I am not sure if that is the right thing to say. Personally, I don't have any favorite words but there are words I frequently use in writing but not as frequent as my friend does with his 'actually'. what about you?

I found it annoying when people use the word "actually" unnecessarily.

This reminds me of our college professor in Finance subject. My classmates were counting the number of Actually that the prof was saying. From what I remember the minimum was 24 actually in 40 minutes.

Nothing comes to my mind. I don't think that I have a word that I repeat many times when not necessary.

I've heard people repeat over and over the phrase "you know" or "like you know" when talking.

@Janet357 It gets annoying as heck when a person will use "you know" or "like" etc. many times in sentences. Something like: "You know I went to the store and you know I got this cake and you know it was so good." OR "Like I saw this movie yesterday and it was like so scary and like I didn't know if I should just leave or like stay and finish watching it."
