The majority of us here will have access to 'modern' doctors and medical care should we want or need it, but many of us also come from cultures with a long history of traditional medicine, herbalism, acupuncture etc as well as access to the modern forms of alternative medicine such as homeopathy and faith healing.
What do you think about the alternatives? Do you try to complement 'mainstream' medicine with alternative treatments, or would you try to treat all minor ailments with traditional remedies before going to the doctor?

You can try alternative medicine. But, regarding homeopathy,it is better to visit a homeopathic doctor.Homeopathic medicines are safe, easy to administer and children enjoy taking them.It also builds up good resistance power and children fall sick less often. It is good for all ages.

I find it very interesting that for many people homeopathy does indeed appear to work, but there is nothing there that can be proven in a clinical trial. There are some extrememly interesting research papers about it, and I'm still not sure what I think about it all
