OUCH!!

My left foot on something sharp when I jumped out of the boat into the sea this morning. A rock, a spiny fish, a carelessly discarded piece of trash? I don't know, but I had to go to the doctor to get the wound cleaned out and dressed and also to get a tetanus injection. It hurts still, and I'll have to keep the dressing dry for a while which all means that there'll be no more jumping in and out of the sea for me for a while and I'll not be able to take tourists out in the boat. I'll rest up for a few days, and the n I will be very reluctantly have to ask my other cousin if I can come back and work in her doggy hotel till I'm fit for the sea again. For now I'm concentrating on the few days of doing nothing other than sitting in Madeleine's Beach Bar. That I will enjoy, just chatting with Madeleine, Bozo and everyone else who passes by. I intend making the most of this golden opportunity to do nothing.
