Still feels like Winter....

What is this winter you speak of? It’s a very foreign word here in these parts where I live. Can you please explain this foreign concept to me?

Rains and believe me, we never had this long a rainy season. I have loads of work outside, but all of it is held up because roads are bad (Indian issue), lots of potholes and filth all around (sewers overflow since there are no separate rain water drains).

It is fall here. Rainy and windy here.

It is fall heading into winter here.

We are now in fall and expecting frost this weekend.

Our last winter lasted a bit long, after many years. But we liked it as we face a very hot summer- with temperatures crossing 45 C in May/June. Now the winters are picking up. The morning and night are a bit cold - 17 / 18 C butvthe days are pleasant.

We have a fairly normal Autumn so far, some nice crisp sunny days, but also rain at times.

It is Fall here and acting quite like winter. But that is often the case.

Spring has just gone by here in New Zealand where we are visiting our daughters and grandson and temperature is starting to go up as it's summer time now though it rains occasionally.

@VivaLaDani13 That is not good news. You should have nice weather and we are going into winter weather. I wonder if global warming has something to do with this. I remember when we were suppose to have spring I think it was last year or the year before it felt like winter was extending here into spring and it went from winter into summer instead of spring and then summer. Maybe that is what is happening there.

It is Autumn here and for the most part it has been your typical Fall.

Ohh. I can imagine. A prolonged season always sucks

I live in Mexico and I'm used to long winters, Usually ends right at the beggining of march which is Spring, we are in autumn season now but it's not cold yet :(

Its late Autumn here not quite Winter but there will be many sunny days yet. Things will pick up for you weather wise I am sure.

It's winter here. Temperature is gradually dropping. I think we are in 20s at this point. It started out on time but probably the season will drag on like it has been doing the past couple of years. And like last year, we are again under National Emergency. Our National Capital (Delhi) is literally a gas chamber at this point. The air in Delhi is badly affecting North India. It's my neighbouring city hence we are also under National Health Emergency. Schools and colleges have been closed due to that. Situation is so bad that almost all the major northern Indian cities are in the top 10 world's most polluted cities. Even other world leaders are taking notice and commenting on it but ours are hibernating. The only leader who is also the Chief Minister of Delhi who has been actively trying to curb pollution is being pushed by his good for nothing opponents to resign from his post. The neighbouring states has their own Chief Ministers that should be doing everything they can to curb pollution but nope they are busy with blame game year after year. Nothing changes!

Here it is autumn and our weather shows it clearly.

We have autumn here, but we had some warm days, real summer.

I don`t like winter season
