Breaded Baked Pork Chops for Dinner

Using Shake 'n Bake bread crumbs on pork chops for dinner. I like a lot of crispy breading. They are cooking in the oven now. About 20 minutes and they will be done. Smelling good already.
Mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans for the sides. That should be enough. I will pass on the bread for tonight. Not my photo, but mine should look similar soon when they are done.
This also gives me a chance to use some of the fresh rosemary my neighbor gave me I have had in the frig. Sprinkle a little on the top and all done.
Anyone having exciting dinner plans on this Saturday evening?

Yesterday I made a flounder fish dish with a mixture of cream cheese, crab meat, onion, mushroom, and spinach leaves. But incidentally I did make breaded pork steaks on Friday. But I used my own mixture with some flour and ground up potato chips. They were delicious.

That sounds awesome. I had spaghetti squash carbonara. One of my favorite meals and pretty healthy as well.

I love pork chops, haven't had them in years. My mother always made them the best, since she's coming to visit next month we may make them together. =)

I love breaded pork chops. My main meal was some tomato soup with Ramen noodles.
