Good afternoon. It's been a great day so far. I'm sorry I wasn't here until now. My plan is to write first, play later, and this is play. I love being here interacting with you. I have a lot of catching up to do. Before that, let me give you a few updates.
First, NaNoWriMo totals. This is day five of 30. I've been keeping up, but not making my 80K goal with all I've been doing the past couple of days. I came close yesterday, and today, I'm right on track. Today, I wrote 3,491 words to give me a total of 13,549 for a five day total.
The story is going well. I have the problem and I have it properly located in the first chapter. So, it's going the way it should.
As for my health and exercise report. This is day 132 and it's looking good also.
Here are the numbers for yesterday.
Calories: 1588
Sugar: 77.2
Carbs: 155.8
Protein: 72.3
Sodium: 517
Fat: 100
Total calories burned swimming - 388
Total calories - 1200
In a few days, I'll also have my new swimsuit. I'm looking forward to that. em]thumbup[/em]
I have Writer's Guild tonight, so I don't have a lot of time right now to interact and I need to eat before I leave. I can multitask and will do what I can before I leave.
How is your Tuesday going? How is your food and exercise going if you follow a healthy diet? Thanks for reading. The image is mine.

NaNo is always a slog--I am not doing it this year--although vome April, I usually do NaNoPoMo--which is similar--a poem a day --good luck and hang in there!

@just4him I love the challenge too--but then I never go back and edit the rough drafts--I am not sure what I would do with them--I have done NoNoWriMo 3 times and have three rough drafts

@crazyhorseladycx I find I like the challenge of deadlines. Someone gave me one once for a book I had just started work on. She wanted me to get it finished in three months. I did it. Along with working overtime at the time. Needless to say, I got totally burned out on working overtime. I couldn't do it anymore without getting sick. I'll never get burned out writing. That's my passion.
It fits like a glove. I love it.
Yes, stress will get ya when you're not looking. I hope you're doing better and off those liquids.

NAtional NOvel WRIting MOnth. NaNoWriMo. There is a 50K challenge to write a new book or work on an old one as a rebel. This is my fifth time participating. I'm doing well with it and expect a good word count when the 30th gets here.
I'm looking forward to the suit getting here soon. I got the notice it shipped. I always get my suit from the same company, so I know what to expect.
I'm sorry you're back on liquids.

Wow love the sodium total! Are you following a specific plan! I'm trying to get into healthier habits and need to watch the fat and sodium. If you have any tips please share.

I'm following the Paleo plan or trying to. I started with Whole30. Paleo is similar and is a diet program. Mostly I watch what I eat. After being on Whole30 for over a year, I know what I can and can't eat. I know what's healthy. I've cut all sugar except Stevia which is plant-based and zero calories and allowed by Paleo from my diet. I allow myself a bit of raw honey once in a while, also allowed on Paleo. I've cut out all pasta and anything to do with wheat. When I did I had a wake-up call. I found I was gluten intolerant. I started feeling better right away. I don't drink soda or any kind of liquor which is a no-no on either plan. I also read the labels on what I eat. If what I eat doesn't have a label as fresh produce and fruit doesn't, I look it up on the Internet. What jumpstarted my weight loss this year as I was on a plateau I couldn't jump off was tracking my totals. I write everything in an Exel program and add it all up at the end of a day. One thing I can't have a lot of is sodium. A look into the Internet showed the minimum was 500. I try to keep it as low as possible. When you know, from reading labels and checking the Internet, what the values are for your food, it's easy to keep your numbers under control and start losing weight.

It looks like there are several members here of that Nanowrimo. I have yet to join that group.
