A friend of mine complained to me that she has been sexually harass by her empolyer husband for the past three weeks, she work at a hair salon I told her to report this man to cops but she refuse, then this week the man came to her apartment she was afraid but thanks to her neighbor i ask if she can report this to his wife but she said she don't want to lose her job. What else can she do

She first should report it to her neighbor. If this man comes back into the salon, he needs to be turned away. If he raises a ruckus, just tell him he will be reported for prior abuse to authorities. If it continues, it should be reported to cops. There is no telling what this guy could do. He may be mentally instable and your friend is taking a chance with her life.

This kind of situation is very bad sometimes for the victim. A victim need to understand what is her secure position than in secure and compromise..
