The only TV series that got me hooked!

I had never really binged watch anything, for the most part because I never had the patience to watch series. I could only watch movies.
But that was only until I discovered this Turkish historical fiction-adventure series, Dirilis: Ertugrul, which in English means Resurrection: Ertugrul. It got me (and my entire family) hooked, and we watched every single episode from Season 1 until the final season, Season 5. The main character, Ertugrul is based on a real historical figure and I think the actor plays the role extremely well.
The sequel would be out this month so I'm really, really looking forward to it.
It's on Netflix, so if you're a subscriber and on a search for new series to watch, this would definitely be worth watching.

I would like to watch that kind of thing, but I don't have Netflix or even a TV. Most of the time I read books!

Thank you! I'm so glad I found it as well. They used to have the English subtitled version on YouTube but I don't know if it's still there.
