When I was working in the business district, I would normally have lunch in the nearby eateries. But sometimes due to the hot weather, I would just buy food from the food truck. We call it Jolly-jeep. The food were wrapped in plastic. The price is cheap. So I guess it is more apt to call it Jolly-cheap.

That is a great way to get lunch. Ages ago when I was living and working in NYC during the summertime there was a whole line of food trucks and the scents made you want to eat something from each of them

That is one good way to get a good deal for lunch at a great bargain price.

You are right. So many are lining up the food truck by 11 am.

I cannot say about nutritious or not because taste is the main factor for me aside from tne sanitary factor.

Is that operational? Or just part of a certain exhibit or sort of display inside the mall?

It is operational although I took the selfie 30 minutes before the opening. Sandwiches and rice toppings... quite expensive.

@MrsUinSMM I think that kind of food truck is twice the cost of a van.

@Alexandoy, I want to own one. It will be nice to mobile unique food snacks from one town fiesta to another. Sort of a test drive as to which town will welcome your food business before you decide to put a permanent establishment in that area.
