when someone told you something quite personal in a random way and ask you keep it for them,what will you say??

everytime, when someone told me things like they got a plan, or little talk about someone they hate, or etc. and in the end, they never forgot telling me to keep it for them. in that situation, i always want to say:"ok, if you think it is personal or serious, don't talk about it in such a random way, or don't tell me anyway,but you can't ask me keep it for you after you told me." but this anwser may embarrass people, so i always say: ok , i will keep it for you. but it's bothering, it could be a psychological burden at least to me . how about you? how do you guys have the same problems?how do you deal with it??
