Our pug usually vomits after a meal

When our pug Pipoy was around 1 year old, he would vomit after a meal. Although it was not always but often like 3 times in 10 feeding. The vet gave Pipoy medication but it did not solve the problem. After a month that the vomiting persisted, I did my own research. Voila! Now Pipoy is 7 years old and no vomiting anymore after meals.
What do you think was my solution? Any guess is welcome.

@Alexandoy Yeah the other one is the one that have excessive tears that discolors her white hair to reddish brown one.

@rsa101 you are right with Barbie, the white with reddish coloring. The eldest one, Tisoy, is the one with deformed feet.

Before the dog was overeating due to overfeeding. Now it has reached to his age of 7. His feed is being controlled.
