I've gotta say, mine right now is an educational channel. Since I have gotten interested in geology, I have really been enjoying Nick Zentner's public lectures on Pacific Northwest Geology. I turn them on and listen while I'm cooking dinner or cleaning. I have to stop and look at the pictures he uses for illustrations sometimes!
My other favorite types are classical music and cooking channels, even though I really don't like cooking at all, and as soon as there are more than five ingredients or two steps, I think "I'm not making that but it sure looks good."
Here is one of my favorite lectures.

I do my own cooking which I enjoy eating but it's nothing fancy since I don't have the patience or time for it.

I should check out gardening videos. I used to do a lot of gardening but I'm too busy these days. I enjoyed it.

Wow, figure skating! I have two former students who are competing in figure skating. I love watching it.

I don't have a favorite. I watch stuff from all over the place.

Mostly I like watching videos about music theory from Adam Neely's channel & Early Music Sources.

Ah, nice! I was a music major and currently a music teacher and choir director. My specialty was Medieval and Renaissance choral and instrumental (recorders) and pipe organ was my major instrument.

Cool. Medieval & Renaissance music always fascinates me, mostly about their counterpoint form and the composer's perspective of consonant & dissonant harmony.

I used to watch videos on Youtube when my channel was active but it was mostly about pets. Now my channel is not active anymore although I have a variety of videos uploaded there.
