This tasty snack made from a juicy Apple first cut thin slices of Apple and then dry these slices 3 or 4 days direct under the sunlight and after 3-4 days we can preserve it in a container and it's healthy snack we can carry it anywhere we want.

I have never tasted dried apples , what we have here are dried mangoes in fact we export dried mangoes to other countries. Sure wish I could taste those dried apples, don't they turn too brown after being exposed to the air for a long time?

Is that how to dry the apples, by the direct sunlight? Maybe I can try that.

I love dried apple. I have not tried to make it recently though. In Japan people string persimmons on a long string and hang them from their eaves to dry in the fall.

Oh! I had no idea that we can eat apple this way. They look so fresh in picture. I felt they would turn brown after drying.
