I have to wait for my reports

Good afternoon friends. earlier I made discussion that I am going for a checkup. Doctor prescribe me 3 test. And and test report will be come tomorrow so I have to wait until tomorrow to know what is the cause of my headache right now I am at home and relaxing. I have no any news of my lot what's going on here?
