The Giant Christmas Tree

Before the end of this year, I just wanted to share this giant Christmas tree. In my city, we usually have this tree in different themes yearly. For the record, it is the biggest Christmas tree in Baguio City, Philippines. I am sure some of you have one or two now. The weirdest Christmas tree's color that I have seen is purple and it was in Hong Kong.

How I wish I could have our Christmas tree in my home. My family and I decided not to install it since we are not going to celebrate Christmas Eve and New Year here.
That's a very innovative Christmas tree. I have not checked around the city if the local people recycled things to make it like this.

The decorations are everywhere, including bridges.
Who doesn't like the Christmas scenes! The artists have really come a long way making themes or motifs for Christmas decorations. I still like Makati's landscapes. I will probably take a night visit, to see the display of lights.
Considering Baguio is the city of pines, your city planners must capitalize on the natural. Sorry, but the spiral red thing there is like a children's toy. Looks pathetic by day. Perhaps it is better at night, with lights. Kalbo pa yung taas. (Bald top)
Hmmm, pintasera me, I haven't even seen our main tree. Lanterns adorn the streets, though.

I would agree with you on this matter. This Christmas tree is not the best in the city. I must say that the city government did not spend much money this year. Perhaps the new mayor had this in mind.
I hope I can see Makati's Christmas' theme. We are going to Imus, Cavite in the third week of December.

Our Christmas tree is a traditional green fir tree. The most bizarre tree I have seen was black but actually it looked quite good!
