Cloudy and Rainy Day

It is a dreary and rainy day today and a good day to stay home and inside. The temperature is dropping today as this system moves through and we will be back into the 30's tomorrow night. I think we may luck out and just dip into the 40's tonight.
I have been up and have gotten outdoor chores done and one load of laundry done and fixing to start another one. I have a coffee cake in the oven and have finally succeeded in getting mom out of bed. This is beginning to be a battle every day. She has also started wanting to go to bed at 6 pm to 6:30 pm. I will be talking to her doctor about that on Thursday. She naps all day sitting in her chair. This is alarming.
I may or may not venture into town to pick up some medicine at the drug store and other than that it will be an indoor kind of day here with watching movies and doing a few things on the computer.

Sorry to hear about your mom. Let us know what the doctor says on Thursday. It's going to be in the teens tonight and tomorrow night.

I don't think this one will have too much to say. It is the cardiologist that she needs to get in to see. I will ask him to communicate with his office to speed things up if I haven't heard from them yet. I don't have good cell phone service at home when the weather is bad and today is not a good day.

@kareng i'm with ya, but know our winter'll be here jan/feb, possibly e'en march'n april, too. i'll keep fingers crossed this new'un pays close 'ttention 'n possibly's some more insight 's to what might help her.

I will take the rain over the snow. I hope you enjoyed your movies I like to snuggle up on the couch with popcornand a good drink and watch a good movie.
