a solar eclipse occurred at my place

only yesterday in my place there was a solar eclipse, where the solar eclipse occurred when a part or all of the moon's cross section was covered by the moon. That happens when the earth is between the sun and the moon in the same straight line, so sunlight cannot reach the moon because it is blocked by the earth. and when the eclipse occurred at 12:30 noon, the atmosphere in the sky turned orange, and it amazed me hehe. it was a rare event yesterday which very rarely happens once in two years, wow it's very phenomenal and extraordinary in my opinion hehe, how about you guys? have you experienced something similar to me? let's discuss.

A solar eclipse is when the sun is obscured.A lunar eclipse is when the moon is obscured.

Exactly, maybe I didn't see the news, so I guess it's a lunar eclipse. I'm sorry about that

why is it going too fast? if in my place a lunar eclipse occurs around 1-2 hours and it's very pleasant in my opinion

@99Bring_lix I'm not sure why it went fast. I have only seen one and it took less than 10monutes for the entire moon to be eclipsed.

I believe it was a solar eclipse where the moon blocks out the sun.
