The morning here was very laid back. My mom slept very late so we just had coffee and an early lunch. Then we had a couple of errands to run in town.

@MadhaAriffin Thanks.I do yoga and some other exercises early in the morning. In the evening I go out for 5-7 kms evening walk.I don't have any physical or mental problem.Is this enough? ?
