The Rain is Still Falling

Started raining around 6:am this morning. Here it is at 6:pm and the rain is still falling. Suppose to rain through the night. Some streets are flooded.
Thankfully I can stay inside off the roads. Many have been closed due to the flooding. Safe here so far. And many accidents as people drive home from work, not slowing down for the rain.
Hope you all have a good evening. No plans here. Going to the sofa to join the cats and search the tv guide.

We will be getting rain later today from the same system. Not going to be too bad..1/2 inch to 3/4. Hope you had a good evening.

i'd sprinkles most all day yesterday, 'twas to turn to snow. quite giddy such didn't 'ccur (the white schtuff). a beaut 'f a morn here 'n e'en still. the winds 're relatively calm, which's made perfect weather fer me to get lots tended outdoors. clouds 're bankin' to the north, so that snow might be possible later? i'm ready fer 't, jest bring't'n!
