Sushi Time

To celebrate the first Friday of the New Year, we have a small Sushi Time as a break.
You could see in the picture.
There are many kinds of Sushi.
We have octopus,
We have seaweeds,
We have shrimps,
Hha, we are too full to eat them up.

the basic ingredient is rice. It is easier to be stuffed.

Wow I miss sushi. My cousin taught me how to make but it's different when I eat them at Japanese restaurants.

We could buy the materials about making sushi at home here, I have made once and it tasted like at Japanese restaurants. I think the sweet vinegar is one of the most important ingredient
