DINNERLADY @grenery8 Yes, buying new glasses can be very expensive. I try to keep mine for as long as possible especially when the optician tells me that my eyes have not changed much since my last appointment.

DINNERLADY I buy my handbags second hand from a charity shop. They have some nice ones in stock and they do not cost as much as a brand new one. I cannot understand why people buy over priced designer bags .

DINNERLADY I always dry my clothes outside because I do not have a tumble dryer. This is one good thing about hot weather, it does not take long to dry the washing. I like the smell of washing after it has been outside on a windy day, it smells so lovely and fresh.
