A banana a day

I recently had read in a post of a doctor that 1 banana a day keeps the viruses away. It was surprising because that means banana has benefits to the immunity of the body. Maybe that's also what they say to dengue patients to eat banana. So if I have a banana a day, I hope I am not going bananas.

Oh, that's good. At least I do not need to send you a cluster when I harvest a bunch.

@RebeccasFarm no matter what you add, even peanut butter, it wouldn't deaden the bad taste of unripe banana. I am a farmer, you know. Waheehee.

I've heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Maybe bananas do too.

For tropical countries perhaps the banana is the counterpart of the proverbial apple.

I like your ending. I eat a banana a day because I need potassium. According to my doctor. I like them so it can't hurt. With over ripe bananas I make banana bread! Yummy

What we do with leftover banana is to mix it in the pancake. The people here at home like it.

@Butterfingers yes, the ripe ones are good for eating. The unripe ones you see in the picture have a bitter taste and the sap (juice) will make your skin itchy.

Oh, is that so? Now I will remember that because an apple cider vinegar a day keeps the ants away from my keyboard. How about that? Waheehee.

The banana is very rich I hope if it has a health benefit, but what calls me powerfully attention is the way to hang the banana cluster because it hangs here on the contrary because when the banana ripens it does not fall so fast.

Bananas are always hanging in stores although in supermarkets they are packed in plastic.
