Bad sick....Warning about flu shot!

The new year has not been going well. The only good thing is I am still alive..so far. Monday (Jan 6) I had a yearly doctor's visit and as usual they asked if I wanted a flu shot and as usual I said yes. They usually ask me about the dosage (regular or strong) and I always tell them I am very drug sensitive so it has to be regular, not the high dose. But this time no one asked. Nurse just walked in and shot me and walked out. I talked to the Dr, got the visit over with and came home. A few hours later I started feeling a bit yucky but not terrible, but about 11 PM I was so sick I almost called 9-1-1. My heart was not beating well, my body was in horrible pain, I was having trouble breathing, I was Very sick in the tummy, and I came so close to passing out I just kept telling myself to keep sitting on the bed and let this pass. It did not. I woke up on the bed 15 hours later...everything in my body hurt...I could have died. I'm amazed that I woke up.. But so far I am still alive...trying to eat small amounts of food but nothing in my system is working yet. I wake up soaked with sweat and still feel sick and so very weak. Do NOT allow them to give you the strong flu shot.. Maybe me starting the year with junk like this means the rest of it will be better? I sure hope so. Hope you all are doing well..<3
