The Urgent Care is NEVER Fun

So, I took 2 of my kids, 3 yo Emma and 12 yo Justin, to the urgent care, and 7 yo Aubrey wanted to tag along. We walked there, and let's just say, it was a miserable experience. Emma ran all over the place and I can only imagine what people thought. Her whole body was covered in scratches and eczema rashes. She ran out, up the stairs, and down the hall, and I almost passed out. I've been really weak and in pain lately. I can't eat regularly, my feet are in so much pain I want to scream, and I am nauseated from time to time. Chasing her was the worst. She's faster than I am, and she knows it. She fought with me the entire time, but loves the dr. She wants to be a doctor.
Quick story: When she was a baby, months apart, two different older foreign gentlemen (German or Eastern European?) told me that she would be a doctor one day and to call her Doctor. Well, I sort of shrugged it off, but she has always called herself Doctor Emma and loves to give everyone checkups. She is very cooperative at the dr's office too. It's pretty cute.
Anyway, I get prescriptions for the kids, go to the pharmacy, and it is too cold to walk them home, plus I'm EXHAUSTED, so I called my mom for a ride. All the while, my unemployed husband has watched TV and slept on the couch. I even invited him with us, but no, he wouldn't go. I honestly don't know what to say to him. I know whatever I say will start a fight, but it was bad when he did have a job. Now, it is completely unbearable.
So that's that. My son has bronchitis. My daughter is miserable getting over a bad cold and has a horrible eczema flareup. I'm going to put aside the negative feelings and just do what I need to and make sure I get some alone time tonight...maybe lol.
How was your day?

I understand and feel you. Managing kids especially when they aren't well is just so very tough.
