Hello everyone! How was your weekend? It is Monday again but the first Monday of February. I still don't know what things or what we are going to do this month. I just hope that what ever it might be, it will be successful.
I have just commented a few discussions here and mostly they made me hungry. We will have lunch in half an hour but we just eat rye bread and some cheese. The heavy meal will be for tonight but I still don't know what to cook.
I cook almost every day and sometimes I have no idea what to cook. I have just browsed my photos and found this wrap that I have made last Easter. I might make this tuna, feta and veggie wraps for tonight. Well, maybe.
Anyway, enjoy your Monday and have a great time with your family or friend. Thank you.

Do you last until dinner when you only had rye bread and cheese for lunch?

@thelme55 rye bread is my favorite even if it is not common here. Not common means expensive, waheehee.

Rye bread is very filling to me @Alexandoy. Yes, it will last until dinner as dinner is between 5 and 6 in the late afternoon. Thank you and have a nice Monday evening there.

The wrap of veggies with tuna and feta would make the dish easily digestible. By the way all of us face such confusion of what to cook once in a while.

Yes, it is an easily digestible meal. I think that is our challenge to think about what we could cook for our family @aninditasen. Thank you.

I try to cook a meal as many nights as I can. Tonight, I think we're having salad as I need to do some baking. If I cooked a meal and did the baking, it would be very late before going to bed! We did have a nice roast dinner yesterday. The weekend went too quickly, as it always does. Not that we did a lot! I went shopping and watched TV. Apart from that, it was just a little housework for us.

@thelme55 Tonight, I shall be making Lamingtons - an Australian coconut cake. I made them for work before Christmas (hadn't made them before that) and they went down a treat, as they did when I subsequently made them for a family get-together. We have different events in my workplace (for charities and local causes) and I'm making the cakes for that.

Since starting eating one meal a day I happily only have to cook once.
I had rice and chili and cheese hot..perfect as it is snowing and cold here.
You too Thelma thanks enjoy your dinner whatever you make.

@thelme55 Oh it is extremely healthy. I do not believe I need to be stuffing my face just for no reason like pigs do.

Eating a meal only once a day is not healthy, is it? Yummy! I have made noodle soup with bacon and mushrooms. Thanks @RebeccasFarm

@thelme55 No (pork) bacon for me. But I'll take turkey, beef, or duck bacon instead.

@thelme55 Sorry I am late to reply and totally forgot what I actually cooked that day. I am going to cook eggs curry tonight and will have it with chapatti (Indian bread) and some sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
