Up and At ‘Em

Happy beautiful Monday from my neck of the beach! It’s a beautiful sunny day, and I saw the sunrise on my morning walk!
Yesterday’s Super Bowl party was so much fun. Not only did my team win, but the food and crowd was fabulous!!!
I was saving a table for my brother and sister-in-law, when a woman asked if she could sit with us. My husband got her a chair and now I have a new friend! We have plans to walk together whenever!
I was invited to a private yoga class that another friend recently began. I’m going this Thursday. It’s a one minute walk to our clubhouse.
And to top off the evening, many women asked about my fairy hair. One man first apologized to me regarding the Me Too movement, then told me how classy my hair looked with the “twinkles” in it and how beautiful he thinks I am. 
. My husband came rushing over, and the man walked away, quickly.
It was a wonderful evening, but today will be awesome. I can tell already!

@DianneN Ogled? That's so funny. Is there a clock on looking? Anyway, what woman doesn't appreciate a bit of harmless (and I think it's usually harmless) ogling. How would your husband react react if ladies ogled him? I bet he'd smile big.

I'm glad the party was awesome. I'm happy you made a new friend you can walk with anytime, and one you can do yoga with.
I didn't know you had holes in your life. I thought it was already full to the brim, but it's good you found a place for your new activities.

@DianneN I don't often see sunrises because I'm already working by the time the sun comes up. But I'm sometimes bad about not paying attention to sunsets, even though I try to make a point to catch as many beautiful sunsets as I can.

Acetate strands of silver and gold were knotted into one strand of hair. They don’t show up well in the photo, but there are over 24 of them. They fall out when I lose a hair naturally, but I haven’t lost any in the month I’ve had them. I can blow dry, flat iron, bleach, cut, shampoo, spray, etc. they are impervious to anything!

Thanks! My husband thinks I have too many friends, but there’s always room for one more.
The yoga lady is the one I played pickle ball with, but she had an injury playing it in October and is receiving therapy down here. She’s extremely active, but the yoga person she saw down here left. She decided to do easier yoga to help herself with her injury, so that will be good for me, too.

@DianneN Yes. It's a blessing to have a big circle of friends. The best thing about yoga is it's flexibility. There is something for everyone to pick that suits your needs. Hope it helps you

It is another world compared to our home up north. We think it’s like living in paradise.
Life certainly has its ups and downs. We’ve had many downs the last two years.
All I can say about my husband is that he’s the best person I have ever known.

@Marilynda1225 I never wound up playing tennis. Instead, my friend with cancer asked me to go for a walk with her. It took two hours! I’m relaxing now.
