Too Early to Write

Good morning/day everyone! It is too early for me to write as it is just past 6 in the morning here.
I was awaken in my deep sleep by the thought of my aunt who is the sister of my late father. I don't know why but I feel restless now thinking about her. I think she is already 80 years old.
I couldn't go back to sleep and so what is the best is to write something that would ease my mind. I hope she is okay. Maybe she is just thinking of me and this is just like her telepathic thing that she could reach me. I have not seen her for almost a year now.
She is the only aunt that is alive. Every time I went to my home in the Philippines, she came to visit me and only left and went back to her children when the time came that she had to collect her pension. I have told her that my home is always her home.
Do you have an aunt or uncle that is very dear to you?
I think I will contact one of her children how my aunt is doing. I hope she is fine. I will get up now and make a mug of creamy tea to ease my mind. See you in your posts later.

I hope your aunt is okay. I have a favorite aunt who is still alive. I wish I had more time to spend and visit with her. I used to stay with her when I was small 4-5 years old when my mother worked. She had all the Disney albums and she always had one on the record player. It was really awesome. She moved in with her daughter in the last 2 years and she is now closer to me mileage wise.

I think I had posted the picture of my 3 aunts here. They are all past 80 and the eldest is turning 90 this year. The youngest is now back to the US where she lives. The other 2 are in my hometown in Mandaluyong. I guess I have to visit them when I finally harvest and bake the cassava cake.

Yes, you can visit them @Alexandoy. You don´t have to wait for your cassava cake. Just bring something that they love to eat.

@thelme55 they love my cassava cake and when I cook I always bring some to my aunts. I am happy that even in their old age, they are still very sane and nice to talk with.

I hope you get to meet your aunt again because it seems she is dear to you. There is an aunt that I like, I dont know how she feels about me though.

Yes I have two aunts and two uncles that are in their middle 80's.
Sometimes they pop into my mind for no apparent reason and that's when I know I need to make a phone call.

I hope your Aunt is ok, maybe she was just thinking of you.
I might still have cousins somewhere but I never got to know them so I'm not sure. The Aunts and Uncles I had have all passed away as far as I know and if one is still living they would be in their mid 90s.
