Can we be happy if we are experiencing trouble in life? Can we be happy if we cannot pay our bills? Can we be happy if we are out of job? Can we be happy if no one cares for us nor loves us?
Most of us will definitely answer no. Instead of being happy, we worry. But does worrying solve the problem?

And how can we be happy if confronted with the situations especially if we cannot address the problems immediately. Worrying is but a human emotion that we cannot avoid.

@florelway The comfort is to be Joyous in knowledge that someone is working behind scenes for our good- that's God

Worrying will never solve anything, instead it will drag us into depression and anxiety.

You are right. Worrying will never solve the problem instead it will have effect on our system . It would result to sleeplessness, lack of appetite, anxiety and other negative emotions.

It is in my nature to worry about problems and the only thing that can help me is praying for it. Sometimes it works that I feel calm but not always.

@Alexandoy praying and taking a deep breath are of help. I also agree with you not always it would calm as down. Will need to address the problem at the moment and find immediate solutions to them. Maybe instead of worrying we will just utter a mantra such as this too shall pass.

@florelway lately I have been looking at problems the way my parents did. Think of it deeply. When there is a solution, write it down and draft a schedule. When there is no solution then just let it be. Now, why do I need to worry if I am abnormal? There is no solution, waheehee.

@Alexandoy as I'v.e said worrying will not solve the problem. I agree with you we look at the problems the way our parents did. In my case though i don't write down the solutions i just hope and be positive that sooner or later problems will just pass away.

That's one thing of addressing situations.maybe we should take some difficult situations as just ordinary events in our lives. Such a case whenever we are confronted with difficulties we would just think of it as ordinary.

@florelway it’s easier when we find something to cope with it.

@Nevena83 however being unhappy will not solve the problem. We must confront the problem and try to make solutions to solve them, we should invite positive energy into our system.

@florelway I absolutely agree with you. It's hard to be happy when a person is having problems.

@florelway If we do something about it, it is at least one step closer to getting out of a worrying situation.

I understand how challenges in life like not having a job or trying to find a way to pay our bills can makes us worry. The rule of thumb is to pray to God to ask Him for wisdom to make an effort to get our needs met.

Yes asking for God's wisdom and guidance will enlighten us. If we just mope and worry the problems will not be solved.

People with tough lives can be happy. That wouldn't be me. I'd be anxious about bills, etc.

If a problem can be solved with money they said that's a lot easier. A friend's daughter is suffering from ptsd, the girl has everything but she grew up away from the parents because the parents are busy with their career and responsibilities to the community.
