It's that noise again. This is been going on for a quite a few days now. The neighbours have sold their property to a promoter. He is making a high rise and the masons are deployed to demolish their old house. The house had been built with so much care that sometimes it feels bad to see it is in ruins. He would give them cash as well as rooms on the high rise. They have struck a good deal with him. But the noises of breaking down the house is disturbing much.

It's noise pollution punishable by law. Respect is very important virtue.

A high rise building takes time like 2 years to build. That means you will be disturbed for that period.

I always hate seeing a perfectly good house get demolished. It seems a real waste.

Oh dear. This is a lot of noise for you to suffer. Oh yes they got a good deal out of that. But also I hope the debris will not bother your breathing there.

Sounds have subsided now mostly as the whole establishment has been demolished.

I can understand your frustration because we too have faced a similar problem few years back when same kind of multi storied construction was being done adjacent to our house. It was so noisy and disturbing out there that we could hardly concentrate on any kind of talks that we're having amongst ourselves.
