I'm not allergic to any foods that I know of. My dad however, developed a seafood allergy in his forties. He was in Chicago about 20 years ago, and had shrimp, which he had had many times. All of a sudden his throat started to close up, and his face started to swell. He had to go to the ER, where they gave him a shot. Since then he can't even sit by someone eating sseafood without having an allergic reaction.
