Positive or Not

Your testing positive to Coronavirus is not the most important thing but your reaction to it could be the life saver. Each day we keep reading of popular people testing positive to the virus, but that does not mean the end of their lives. So many people have come out of it. My advice is eat well, and strengthen your immune system, because it is the first line of defense when it comes to infections. Follow all safety procedures to remain safe, if you notice and symptom report to the nearest clinic and never panic.

Good advise. I saw on Facebook form my kids doctors office if with symptoms to please call them or I’d really and call the hospital and they will talk you through the process so they can be properly ready for you and help make sure you don’t pass it on to another person. They are really try g hard to break the chain of those having those that don’t have it.

I’ve already talked to my doctor since I have a autoimmune disorder and my husband is a cancer patient. She advised me to cancel all appointments for the next month. To buy mask that fit properly around the face and wear latex gloves if I have to go out and when I’m home to change, throw clothes in washer and take a shower immediately. And keep things cleaned down and not let people visit.
