today I bought my in-laws dates.
which will be made from date palm coffee.
coffee from date palm seeds is very useful to reduce blood sugar ..
my in-laws always consume that coffee

I have never heard of that. I will have to find out more about it. I am a diabetic and it might be helpful for us.
