Am I the only one who reads about the symptoms of Coronavirus and think that I have this virus?
Like now I have headache, automatically my mind makes me believe that I'm suffocating which are all signs of Coronavirus but reality is, I only have headache and I'm breathing just fine
Who also has this? Care to share what your fears are doing to you?

This virus has symptoms which sound very similar to colds and flu, so it probably is difficult to know if you have it or not.

Yes it is very hard to find ourselves. It's better to take Doctors help.

Don't think like that until it conform from Doctors. In normal flue also we get headaches then after it cure very fast. If possible first go to hospital and take advice from them. Don't get afraid friend, hope you don't have virus attack.

do not worry, you are not the only being paranoid about COVID, you are safe not unless you always goin' out and violating quarantine protocols. Also to be much safer be mindful of everything.

I'm quite sure that you aren't the only one! The signs to look out for, though, are flu-like symptoms (headache, raised temperature), excessive coughing and in some cases (we now hear) loss of taste and smell.
Don't dwell too much on your own symptoms (though be aware of them, of course) and keep your distance from others as much as possible. That's all we can do.
