Realized I am not sick!

At least that I know of. I realized that the chest pains and funky feeling in my throat were possibly the result of some bad hay fever. I'm still trying to work out which medicine is right for me but I emailed my doctor and asked her. I had some of her suggested medicine on hand and so far the chest pain has stopped. I feel like it's deja vu because I faced this 10 years ago and that's what made me realize it was hay fever.

Thank you! I am trying to stay healthy but it's hard when you're an essential worker (grocery store).

My allergies have been going crazy over the past week, and I have been having many symptoms similar to COVID19, including the chest discomfort. I've had several phone calls with my doctor, and every time he asks me if I have a fever. That's the only symptom I don't have, so he is telling me that it's most likely my allergies. He called in some prescription strength allergy medicine, so once I pick that up from the pharmacy and start taking it, we'll soon see if it is indeed allergies, or if it's something else.

@SunnyBunch The majority of me hopes it's not COVID. However, a small part of me hopes it is, just so I can get it out of the way and get on with my life. But only a tiny little portion of me thinks that way. Either way, I just want to stay healthy.

I'm hoping it's not COVID. It's really terrifying right now to even have these allergies. I hope you feel better soon and that it's just allergies!

I admit I did panic because I work in a grocery store and thought I had COVID-19 but it doesn't look like it. I WAS sick a few days ago but it must have been a touch of stomach flu.
