Relief GOODS

I just overheard that policemen will take charge of groceries.

@LadyDuck I don't know what to think right now. But it seems things are getting worse. Hopefully, things will be fine soon.

@Shavkat The policemen are busy checking that people respect the rules, we have many volunteers.

I hope they can do it too. I also heard that it happens in other places.

@Mamerto32 I just received a message from my friend in Quezon City and he claimed the same thing. I felt bad seeing some bad news about his place.

@Shavkat yup, my buddies living in other parts of Manila are hearing the same complaints. And worst, we still got people venturing out despite of the lock-down. They don't fear the Barangay Captain unfortunately.

Prior to this surprise for today, I also had some groceries last Monday. It was so tiring because I need to walk while having the goods in my backpack.

That's good news than none at all

In fact, I wasn't expecting that they will do this. Since some of the places in my country, they haven't had these goods.

@Shavkat *sigh* Lockdown here started at 12:01 am today. (Just over two hours ago.) I haven't explained to Pretty yet that she's no longer allowed to accompany me to the grocery store(s) here. The rule (actually, a new law that was passed this last Friday) that is now operating is one car, one person into a grocery/pharmacy/essential business. (And no, a second person in your household isn't allowed to drive a different car so they can join you in the business. As a matter of fact, trying that and get caught, you get fined!) My state has the fastest growing confirmed cases of coronavirus.

I heard about your country lately. Is everything being controlled now? I'm glad that it doesn't need to go out.

@Hannihar I heard that your country is having lockdown now. Am I right? We really need to do social distancing.

@Shavkat I was out on my porch on Saturday and saw people out holding hands and also walking next to each other. If people do not take the rules seriously then we will get stricter ones. We can still go out to the pharmacy, grocery store.

It was our first time to receive it. I hope the other fellowmen could have them.
