Since @TheSojourner posted a picture of her mug yesterday, I thought I'd share one of mine.
This is such a fun pattern. The company is called Calamityware. It is reminiscent of the Blue Willow china pattern, but it has giant frogs and dinosaurs and pirate ships and UFOs all over it. I believe the pattern is called "Things Could Be Worse".
A friend gave me a set of them for Christmas, along with a bandana that has dancing skeletons on it and is made by the same company that makes the china. They have an entire set of dinnerware like this!

@DianneN Speaking of which, we decided that it didn't matter that it isn't Halloween and put our inflated dinosaur skeleton back on our lawn. It is amusing our little boys to no end, and we thought it would be a fun thing for people to see on their walks.
Maybe I should write a post about that.

I think I bought a similar blue and white cup in Chinatown years ago! But with fewer monsters.

The coffee mug belongs to the "blue and white porcelain".The " frogs "(or rather the toads that live in moon according to our mythology ) and bat have their moral each over here, they represent wealth and blessing.
